What is the minimum order?
Our only minimum is by the bolt for fabric, the bundle for flat folds, or the pack for fat quarters. We do not have a minimum order quantity in number of pieces or in dollars. Order 1 piece or 100 pieces. Either way, we are happy to receive and value your business.
What shipping options are available?
Our nominated carrier is UPS. We will be happy to ship with any carrier you prefer.
Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account?
Yes, we will be happy to send your order freight collect on your account number. Please reference this request under the comments section of your order or contact our customer service department if you would like us to add a routing preference to your account permanently.
How long before I receive my order?
We try to have our orders shipped within 3 days of receipt. Depending on your proximity to our warehouse, you can receive your order as early as the next business day or as late as 10 business days after the order is placed. If you need your order by a specific date, please note this requirement on the order under the comments section or contact us directly.
What are my payment options?
We offer standard payment terms of NET 60 days subject to approval by our factor, CIT. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, we will “pack and hold” your order until your deposited check is paid by your bank. As company policy, we do not offer in-house credit.
Can I have samples?
We are happy to send representative quality samples free of charge. We are also happy to send header cards upon request, however header cards cost us substantially more to produce, so we will have to bill you $3 per header. Requests for sample yards will be filled as regular orders at the regular price-per-yard plus a $3.50 per piece cutting charge.
Can I receive my order ROT?
The vast majority of our product is already doubled and folded onto cardboard pads although some of our product will be flat folded in cases or rolled on tubes (ROT). If you need a product ROT, please contact us directly.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. We are a wholesale only company, which means that we cannot sell directly to consumers. If you are a consumer, please contact your local fabric store, or Joda Hankins (970-420-5519) and he will happily work with you and your local retailer.
